Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure modernization projects and upgrades.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Contribute to automation using PowerShell.
• Develop documentation and runbooks.
• Assist with patch management and incident handling.
• Work with engineers and admins to support Windows, Active Directory, and virtualization.
• Participate in change management processes.
