Job summary

Excellus Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from June to August. It provides development workshops, mentorship, and opportunities across non-technical and technical tracks, including IT, analytics, finance, and more.

Interns work up to 40 hours per week, gain exposure to real projects, and participate in agile ceremonies while building professional networks and transitioning to the corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program with good academic standing.
• Basic programming/coding and software development awareness are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join our mobile app development team and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Experience the full software development lifecycle, including production delivery in an enterprise environment.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects and presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling member information.
