Qualifications

Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Must be willing to work in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with routine metallurgical and physical analysis and laboratory testing of samples.
Makes reports and recommendations based upon test analyses.
Process modifications and continuous improvement.
Process management and quality documentation (PFMEA, Process Control Plan).
Production and maintenance support and guidance in heat treating areas.
Establishes and evaluates testing techniques and procedures.
Audits metallurgical processes to defined requirements (CQI-9).
Operates and maintains laboratory equipment and performs tests.
Inputs results into databases and provides written reports of analysis.
