Job summary

CRB is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 in St. Louis to support integrated architecture, engineering and construction projects in life sciences and food/bev sectors.

You'll work under a mentor to develop project deliverables, with exposure to HVAC systems, calculations, drawings, and specifications. Qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, interest in HVAC, and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, Assemble, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering
• Interest in HVAC systems strongly preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred
• Experience with 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 Suite, Assemble), preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Developing project documents (e.g., calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications) for clients in coordination with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
• Assisting with development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under direction of the project team lead.
• Coordinating with other disciplines and other internal and external team members (e.g., vendors, clients, and contractors)
