Job summary

CRB is seeking a Summer Intern to join our integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm working across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, and automation engineering; architecture and lab planning. You will contribute to pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage, or industrial process projects, including renovations and new construction, under expert guidance.

You will develop project documents, assist conceptual designs, and coordinate with multiple disciplines and teams,

Qualifications

• Pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering.
• Interest in HVAC systems strongly preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Experience with 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 Suite, Assemble) preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Developing project documents (calculations, reports, drawings) for clients in coordination with regulatory bodies and standards.
• Assisting with development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under direction of the project team lead.
• Coordinating with other disciplines and internal/external team members (vendors, clients, contractors).

How will I contribute?

You will work under the direction of an assigned mentor to develop and implement project deliverables. Project sizes will vary, and will consist primarily of pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, or industrial process projects including both existing building renovations/retrofits and new construction.
