L'Oréal USA Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week experience fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of a team while also leading your own strategic project to showcase a career at L’Oréal. You will present your insights to senior management and may be considered for a full-time role.

Interns are paired with mentors and gain professional development, with a hybrid work model and relocation support as applicable.

Qualifications

• Ambitious student enrolled in a 4-year college expected to graduate between December 2027– July 2028.
• Major in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• No prior industry experience is necessary to apply.
• Authorization to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship is required.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Willing to relocate to NJ offices (Piscataway or Somerset).

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on on the plant floor to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives across processes.
• Assist in production planning, line optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
