You will craft intranet articles, brief site content, social media posts, and press releases while coordinating day‑to‑day activities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes writing excellence, technology savvy, and ability to adapt to AI tools such as Copilot, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and firm initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least three years of study toward a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Previous marketing internship experience; communications focus preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write intranet articles on topics such as diversity, equity, inclusion, new firm initiatives, and client success stories.
• Write brief articles for plantemoran.com highlighting media placements.
• Create social media posts to share firm news or initiatives.
• Write press releases to announce firm news.
• Perform general coordination duties (scheduling, project management entries, intranet postings).
