Job summary

Elanco Animal Health is offering a Summer 2027 Manufacturing Scientist/Technical Services Intern position at the Clinton, Indiana plant. You will join the Technical and Manufacturing Sciences team to deliver practical projects reducing analytical variability, or implementing new lab methods, with exposure to diverse experts and site-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related major.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the manufacturing environment and how to collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems.
• Work within cross-functional teams to implement process or lab improvements.
• Learn about fermentation, product recovery, product finishing, or packaging.
• Data visualization tool creation/usage and documentation updates.
