Elanco Animal Health in Clinton, Indiana, invites you to join as a Summer 2027 Manufacturing Scientist/Technical Services Intern. You will be part of the Technical and Manufacturing Sciences team at our Clinton plant, delivering practical solutions to reduce analytical variability and implementing new lab methods.

Internship spans May 17 to August 6, 2027, offering project-based work, exposure to fermentation, product recovery, finishing and packaging, plus housing support and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar major.

Responsibilities

• Understand the manufacturing environment and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems.
• Work within cross-functional teams to implement process or lab improvements.
• Learn about fermentation, product recovery, finishing, or packaging.
• Data visualization tool creation/usage and documentation updates.
