This 10-12 week summer program offers real responsibility early on. You will present outcomes to department leadership, collaborate across teams, and develop practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• Internship is 10–12 weeks in Miami with a focus on manufacturing.
• Program emphasizes continuous improvement and hands-on project work.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing areas to understand processes.
• Support plant team members with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decisions.
