Interns will rotate through multiple plant areas, gain hands-on experience with production methods, and contribute to project research and decision making in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes a continuous improvement mindset, collaboration across departments, and delivering a final presentation on projects and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing areas to gain understanding of processes.
• Support plant team members with production methods, machines and processes.
• Research new and existing projects and assist with data collection and decision making.
• Present internship findings and outcomes to department leadership.

Education

Current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
