Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Intern in Cincinnati. The 10–12 week program offers hands-on experience across manufacturing departments and emphasizes continuous improvement. Interns are encouraged to think creatively and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

During the internship, you'll rotate through multiple areas, support production methods, and present your成果 to department leadership, building relationships and a foundation for a career in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Current Junior or rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: combination of work experience and education in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to gain an understanding of the process.
• Provide support to plant team members to gain hands on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decision making.
• Attend department meetings and develop plans based on feedback.
• Learn to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Create a presentation on internship experience, projects, and outcomes for leadership.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in progress (Junior/Rising Senior)
