Dayton Freight Lines offers a summer Management Intern program—an accelerated 9-week internship designed to expose students to the transportation industry and Dayton Freight policies. Successful completion leads to consideration for the Management Trainee Program after degree completion.

Interns gain knowledge across departments, support service center effectiveness, and learn each role’s contribution to Dayton Freight’s mission, with potential for advancement into leadership tracks.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program.

Responsabilidades

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
