Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. invites students to participate in its accelerated 9-week Management Intern program this summer, with potential advancement to the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program after degree completion.

Interns gain hands-on exposure to the transportation industry, learn Dayton Freight's policies and workflows, and contribute to the Service Center's success while rotating through 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program.

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
