Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a summer Management Intern program a 9-week accelerated experience in the transportation sector. Participants will be considered for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program after completing their degree.

Interns will gain hands-on exposure, rotate through roles, and learn policies and procedures that drive our service centers. Roles require willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts during the program and lead to rapid advancement within a stable

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts during the Program.

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
