About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the transportation industry. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building maintenance. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and ensure clean facilities and a well-maintained landscape for each dealership. You will work closely with our maintenance leads team to identify and troubleshoot any issues; that may arise and perform preventive maintenance to keep our equipment in top condition.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with building systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Park and retrieve customers' vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to dealership standards
• Plant and maintain flower beds
• Lay sod, plant, mow, trim, dig, rake, prune, mulch, install sprinklers, and load/unload materials

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
