Work hours: Full-Time, Days, 40 hours weekly, Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Qualifications - External

Here’s What You Need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 3 Years experience in a commercial or industrial environment required
• 1 Year healthcare environment experience preferred
• General Maintenance Skills preferred
• Driver License (DL) required upon hire
• Healthcare Maintenance Certification preferred upon hire

What You Will Do

• Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital, equipment, and properties using the computerized maintenance management system.
• Perform duties related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required.
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff for repair and operation of equipment and utilities.
• Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education, and training.
