A leading state park in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform routine maintenance, operate equipment, and assist in resource management. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Candidates must have a high school diploma and two years of maintenance experience. This position may vary between full-time and part-time based on park needs.

To manage and conserve the natural and cultural resources of Texas and to provide hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation opportunities for present and future generations.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Performs routine building maintenance, operates equipment, enforces rules, and assists in resource management at Cedar Hill State Park. Works under moderate supervision and performs additional duties as assigned. Position may fluctuate between full-time and part-time based on needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Substitution: 30 semester hours from an accredited college may substitute for one year of experience, up to one year.
