Job summary

TJX’s Global Distribution and Fulfillment Networks offer a 12-week Operations Internship across our warehouse locations in the United States. You’ll join a dynamic team, lead a group of warehouse associates, and keep safety and efficiency at the forefront.

Throughout the internship you’ll receive on-the-job training with mentorship from leaders and work on a process improvement project, culminating in a final presentation to Distribution executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient daily operations.
