The TJX Companies, Inc. is offering a 12-week summer Operations Internship at our USA HomeGoods Distribution Center in Bloomfield.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, learn how our logistics networks operate, and participate in professional development, networking, and volunteer events to gain a well-rounded TJX experience. High-potential interns may receive offers to return for another internship or a full-time Distribution Supervisor role.

Qualifications

• Rising Juniors and Seniors enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in 2-year degree program.
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship program.
• Interest in a long-term career within our worldwide logistics operation.
• Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience and communication skills.
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates while prioritizing efficiency and safety.
• Learn how retail operations and logistics networks partner to run the business.
• Participate in professional development, networking, and volunteer events.
• Work on a process improvement project and present a final report to Distribution executive team members.
