Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is offering a 12-week Operations Internship across multiple warehouse locations, including Sierra Fulfillment Center in Cheyenne. You will lead a team of warehouse associates and gain hands-on exposure to retail logistics and distribution networks.

Interns receive extensive on-the-job training, mentorship from leaders, and a chance to complete a process improvement project with a final presentation to Distribution executives.

Qualifications

• Rising Juniors and Seniors enrolled in a 4-year degree program or in a 2-year program.
• Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to collaborate in teams.
• Able to commit to the full 12-week summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Collaborate with Distribution/Fulfillment teams to understand logistics networks.
• Participate in a process improvement project and present findings to leadership.
• Shadow TJX operations leaders to learn end-to-end workflows.
