Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is offering a 12-week Summer Internship in our Global Distribution and Fulfillment Networks at Fort Worth, TX. You’ll join a warehouse team, lead a group of associates, and learn how retail operations and logistics partner to keep our business running efficiently.

This internship provides extensive on-the-job training, mentorship from leaders, professional development, networking, volunteer events, and a final presentation to Distribution executives.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a 4-year degree program or 2-year program.
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates during the internship.
• Learn how retail operations and logistics partner to run the business.
• Participate in a process improvement project and present findings.
• Collaborate with various functions within Distribution or Fulfillment.
