offices with a hybrid/on-site work model. Clerks will perform substantive research, draft pleadings, assist with discovery and trial preparation, observe depositions, and participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials with writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands-on legal experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible office locations across QPWB’s national platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
