Temporary Summer Leasing Consultant - University Village & University Townhomes

Hilltop Residential is looking to add some Summer Leasing Consultants to our Teams at University Village Apartments and University Townhomes. Do you enjoy providing great customer service and want to learn more about Property Management? We may have an opportunity for you!

This position would start immediately and employment would end August 16th.

A Few Responsibilities Of Our Leasing Consultants

• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
• Complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results.
• Help to create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position.
• Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance.
• Work hard and as a team, feeling confident in overcoming obstacles.

Requirements

• Outgoing, gregarious personality & enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
