TD Bank's US Graduate Leadership Intern Program is a 10-week internship designed to prepare you for the fulltime 2-year direct to impact development program. This role provides specialized analytics, insights, and research and/or execution on projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Graduate Degree in related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and motivation for career progression to senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Completes business objectives set with leadership during the program.
• Develops detailed, accurate research and reporting supported by insightful commentary.
• Conducts internal and external research projects; supports presentations to management or broader audience.
• Performs meaningful analysis at the functional or organizational level to draw conclusions and recommendations.
• Identifies/implements process improvements to automate, streamline, and improve decision-making.
