Qualifications

• Pursuing a Graduate Degree in related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, a history of delivering strong results, and high aspirations and motivation for career progression to senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Completes business objectives set together with leadership as outlined at the start of the program.
• Develops detailed, accurate, and timely research and reporting supported by insightful commentary.
• Conducts internal and external research projects; supports the development/delivery of presentations to management or broader audience.
• Conducts meaningful analysis at the functional or broader organizational level to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Identifies/implements process improvements to automate, streamline, and increase analysis and decision speed.
• Represents business on cross-functional/cross-product working groups, projects, and forums.
• Works with key business partners on strategic initiatives and liaises between internal stakeholders and external advisors.
