Job summary

The TD Bank US Graduate Leadership Intern Program is a 10-week internship that prepares you for the fulltime 2-year direct to impact development program and will accelerate your potential and place you at the center of a real-world transformational challenge, aimed at bettering the lives of the clients, colleagues, and communities we serve.

This role provides specialized analytics, insights and research and/ or execution on projects and special initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Graduate Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with track record of results.

Responsibilities

• Completes business objectives set with leadership during the program.
• Develops detailed, accurate research and reporting with insightful commentary.
• Conducts internal and external research projects; supports presentations to management.
• Performs meaningful analysis to inform decisions and assess program effectiveness.
• Identifies process improvements to automate and accelerate analysis.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners on strategic initiatives.
• Manages multiple projects with discretion and confidentiality.
• Advises senior management and contributes to decision making.
