The program offers real litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to live matters with a hybrid/on-site work model. Clerks contribute from day one, engaging in substantive research, drafting, discovery, and trial preparation while collaborating with seasoned litigators nationwide.

Qualificações

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands-on legal experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
• Flexible office locations across QPWB’s national platform (e.g., Orlando, Miami, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and more).
• The Summer Law Clerk Program typically runs from May through August, with specific start dates determined based on office needs and academic calendars.
• Full-time, in-office engagements with potential hybrid arrangements depending on office and assignment.
• Compensation commensurate with experience and terms discussed during interview.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.

QPWB – Full‑Service Legal Defense for Companies & Leaders

The pay range for this role is:
17 - 30 USD per hour(United States)
