Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) invites current law students or recent graduates to join its Summer Law Clerk Program. The program provides real litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to various practice areas in a hybrid/on-site setting across national offices, with compensation commensurate with experience.

The role emphasizes substantive work alongside litigators on live matters, professional development, and potential future associate opportunities within QPWB.

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands-on legal experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment

Responsabilidades

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide

What You’ll Do

• The Summer Law Clerk Program typically runs from May through August, with specific start dates determined based on office needs and academic calendars
• Full-time, in-office engagements with potential hybrid arrangements depending on office and assignment
• Compensation commensurate with experience and terms discussed during interview
