Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) invites current law students and recent graduates to apply for its Summer Law Clerk Program across multiple offices nationwide. Law clerks gain real litigation experience, mentorship, and exposure to practice areas, with a hybrid/on-site schedule.

Clerks perform research, draft motions and pleadings, assist with discovery and trial prep, observe depositions, and collaborate with seasoned litigators. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Current law student or recent graduate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation, advocacy, and hands-on legal experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

• Flexible office locations across QPWB’s national platform (e.g., Orlando, Miami, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and more)
• The Summer Law Clerk Program typically runs from May through August, with specific start dates determined based on office needs and academic calendars
• Full-time, in-office engagements with potential hybrid arrangements depending on office and assignment
• Compensation commensurate with experience and terms discussed during interview
