Our Law Clerk Program provides real litigation experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to the practice of law.

This position follows a hybrid/on-site schedule with multiple city offices nationwide. Clerks work with seasoned litigators on live matters, gaining substantive experience from day one, while

Qualifications

• Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands-on legal experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases.
• Support discovery work, including document review and preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects.
• Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences.
• Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide.
