Job summary

MMC LAND is seeking a Summer Intern - Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement in Gibsonia, PA for 2027. This paid internship runs May 17 to August 6 and offers hands-on outdoor work alongside experienced landscape crews, with mentoring and a structured milestones plan to support learning.

No prior experience is required; training begins on day one, and students interested in landscaping, horticulture, or the trades are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Interest in landscaping, horticulture, or the trades, with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• No prior experience required; training is provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client landscapes through mowing, trimming, and seasonal care.
• Assist experienced crew members with landscape enhancement and installation projects.
• Support daily crew operations and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of local properties.
• Learn and apply landscaping best practices while working collaboratively outdoors.
• Track progress and skill development using a structured milestones plan.
