Level Green Landscaping offers a paid 10-week summer internship for active college students in horticulture or related fields. The program provides rotation through the branch operations, with mentorship from senior staff and hands-on learning in design, maintenance, and landscape services.

The internship includes safety training and a path to potential full-time employment after graduation, with opportunities to explore multiple roles within the company across Maryland, DC, and Virginia

Qualifications

• Active college student pursuing horticulture or adjacent major.
• Available Monday through Friday.
• Capable of outdoor work.
• Must be able to commute to office locations.
• Paid internship at $18–$22 per hour.
• Includes safety training.
• Full-time job opportunity contingent on successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Cross-training with Branch Manager, Account Manager, and Operations Manager to explore different roles.
• Gain hands-on experience in the landscape industry through mentorship and shadowing.
• Learn technical knowledge, leadership, project management, sales, and estimating within branch operations.
