Job summary

Level Green Landscaping offers a paid summer internship designed for active college students in horticulture to learn and prosper in the landscape industry. The 10-week program is mentored by industry leaders and includes a structured, rotational experience across all roles within the branch operations team.

It features orientation, cross-training with Branch Manager, Account Manager, and Operations Manager, plus a mentor program and management training.

Qualifications

Must be a currently active college student attending a university/college in a horticultural field (or an adjacent major)
Must be available Monday through Friday
Must be capable of outdoor work
Must be able to commute to office locations
Come with ideas that will offer different perspectives to the landscaping industry

Responsibilities

Engage in the in-depth orientation to determine goals within Level Green Landscaping
Participate in cross-training and shadowing with Branch Manager, Account Manager, and Operations Manager to identify the best fit
Benefit from a mentor program with hands-on experience and exposure to the landscape industry
Receive management training covering leadership, business development, presentation skills, project management, and estimating
Complete the structured rotational experience across the branch operational team and pursue opportunities for future full-time employment after graduation
