Job summary

First National Bank Of Pennsylvania's IT Field Services internship offers hands-on experience supporting end-user technology across branch, corporate, and operational environments. You will assist with deployments, asset management, and frontline IT support through the Tech Bar.

Working with experienced IT Field Services professionals, interns will learn device refreshes, onboarding, inventory governance, and customer-focused service delivery while developing foundational IT skills for future

Qualifications

• Needs to be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program with a major in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment, configuration, and setup of laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices for new hires, refresh programs, and office moves.
• Provide first-level technical support through the Tech Bar and field support activities by assisting users with common hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Support IT asset management activities by updating inventory records, tracking equipment assignments, assisting with asset collection efforts, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Update and maintain service requests, incident tickets, deployment records, and related documentation within the IT service management platform to support operational reporting and compliance requirements.
• Assist with conference room and meeting technology support, including basic troubleshooting of audiovisual and collaboration tools.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, knowledge base maintenance, and other operational projects that enhance service delivery and user experience.
• Participate and attend FNB related events/trainings that are scheduled for all Summer Interns
