Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in Pittsburgh offers an IT Business Solutions Intern program designed to expose a college student to all aspects of the IT department within the bank. You will gain hands-on experience, interact with executive management, and learn how audits and compliance are implemented.

The role includes participation in meetings, shadowing staff, and hands-on work in service management processes, with opportunities to attend internal trainings and events for Summer interns.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor program in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Participate in LOB/Project Mgmt Meetings
• Participate in Change Management Meetings
• Shadow employees during system tasks in their specific applications
• Assist with quarterly Audit reviews
• Work in our ticketing system to open and close requests
• Interact with IT, Fraud/Risk, Compliance, Finance and Accounting partners
• Attend and observe FNB workplace presentations and training events
