Qualifications

• Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn enterprise IT processes.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with end‑user support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment and setup of laptops, monitors, and mobile devices for new hires and refresh programs.
• Provide first‑level technical support through the Tech Bar and field activities.
• Update inventory records and manage IT asset documentation.
• Maintain service requests and incident tickets in the ITSM platform.
• Support conference room and meeting tech, including AV tooling.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
