Job summary

SERVPRO Corporate Headquarters in Gallatin, Tennessee is seeking a full‑time IT Business Analyst & Project Management Intern for Summer 2027. The internship runs May 24 through July 31, 2027, at a rate of $20.00 per hour.

Housing, relocation, and other accommodations are not provided by the Company. The intern will gain hands‑on experience with the Product team, learning IT business operations, requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement, basic project management, and release management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be a current Junior or Senior enrolled in college, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied AI or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly intern activities as scheduled and assigned.
• Attend team meetings and department events.
• Shadow experienced employees to learn business operations.
• Assist with department projects and initiatives.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in special projects assigned by supervisors.
