Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier research and market analysis to identify potential vendors for direct materials.
• Assist in preparing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including data collection and documentation.
• Analyze supplier bids and quotations to compare pricing, terms, and quality factors.
• Maintain procurement databases, supplier lists, and spend analysis reports.
• Help ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with purchase order processing and requisition workflows as needed.
