Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid, full-time 11-week internship in the United States, designed for students pursuing IT, information systems, or accounting degrees. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, and includes professional development sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

You will work across two teams, with about 80% project work tied to department initiatives and 20% devoted to internship experiences and final presentations.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Our internship responsibilities include supporting and maintaining the procurement technology ecosystem, including Ariba, SAP, and Fieldglass.
• We ensure these platforms operate seamlessly to enable purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, and contingent workforce processes.
• System Support & Customer Service: end-user support through Cherwell and incident management.
• Security Management: oversee system access and permissions across Ariba, SAP, and Fieldglass.
• Upgrades & Enhancements: coordinate upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations, with testing for stability.
• Outage Management: monitor performance and respond to outages with internal teams and vendors.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience across platforms.
