Job summary

Spectrum is offering a paid, 11-week internship designed to provide real-world experience in procurement technology within the telecommunications sector. The role supports Ariba, SAP and Fieldglass, with end-user assistance and security management across platforms.

You will join two teams—your department and the intern cohort—working on 80% department projects and 20% professional development activities, networking, and final presentations during the summer.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the company’s procurement technology ecosystem including Ariba, SAP and Fieldglass
• Provide end-user support through Cherwell by managing incidents and inquiries related to procurement systems
• Oversee system access and permissions to ensure security compliance
• Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches and new feature implementations
• Monitor system performance and respond to outages while informing stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience across platforms
