Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current rising junior or senior, or recent graduate within 6 months is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform evidence based research on EPSDT and barriers to completion.
• Collaborate with business owners to understand current processes.
• Review data to understand year over year performance for key measures.
• Analyze data to identify characteristics of non-compliant population (SDOH).
• Develop insights and recommendations and present findings to partners and leadership.
• Determine targeted member interventions to improve EPSDT metrics.
• Understand how AI can enhance metrics and reporting.
