Job summary

WSFS Bank offers a paid, 10-week Summer Internship Program designed for college students pursuing careers in financial services. Interns will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, executive exposure, and opportunities to work on real business initiatives across multiple bank departments.

Interns will learn about sales and service strategies, client experience, and how WSFS delivers financial solutions through various channels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to attend in-person interviews.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week on-site June–August.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support branch and contact center teams to serve clients.
• Contribute to real business initiatives across bank departments.
• Engage in projects, research, or operational activities for Senior Leaders.
• Participate in mentorship and networking events.
• Assist with volunteer initiatives and inclusive events.
