Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange invites motivated students to join its Product Management Internship Program in Atlanta. You'll work on core product initiatives across Encompass, Pricing Platforms, Loan Trading Platforms, and UX design, collaborating with platform and technical teams.

You'll gain hands-on experience writing user stories, conducting research, and supporting planning across sprints and roadmaps while analyzing usage data to measure KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program and advancing to their junior year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in product strategy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Coursework or experience in UI/UX, data, or other technical areas is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands‑on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.

The Product Management Intern will support core product work across Encompass, Product & Pricing Platforms, Loan Trading Platforms, and User Experience Design, working closely with platform and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Internship Program Schedule

To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:

• Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027
• Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027

Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.

Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Atlanta office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
