Job summary

First Citizens Bank is offering a Summer Internship with the Commercial Bank Performance and Sales Insights team in New York. You will gain hands-on work experience in sales operations, reporting, and CRM technology across Commercial Finance, Middle Market Banking, Innovation Banking, and Fund Banking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience.
• Enrolled at accredited college (during program) pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the program.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3.0 Minimum GPA.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Positive attitude, curious, collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events.
• Each intern will be assigned a project designed to improve a process or solve a problem.
• Wrap-up presentation to division leaders outlining accomplishments and experience.
