Job summary

First Citizens Bank offers a Commercial Bank Performance and Sales Insights summer internship in New York. The program provides development opportunities and hands-on experience while building a talent pipeline for the bank.

Interns will gain insight into sales operations, reporting, and CRM technology across multiple business lines, including Commercial Finance and Middle Market Banking. Interns will work with a dedicated manager and program manager, complete a project with a final wrap-up

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Support research, analytics, projects, strategy, and process improvement.
• Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events.
• Complete a wrap-up presentation to share accomplishments with division leaders.
