Capco invites ambitious students to join the Summer Internship Program in Houston for Summer 2027. This 9-week engagement provides client exposure, development training, and hands-on experience across business and technology engagements.

Rising seniors graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 will work under a Capco Project Manager, gaining skills in data gathering, analysis, and client communications while contributing to Capco’s digital transformation efforts in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree typically required in business, finance, technology or related field.
• Rising Seniors ONLY: graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements under a Capco Project Manager.
• Conduct data gathering, research, and analysis to inform recommendations.
• Create presentations and reports communicating project findings.
