Job summary

Capco offers a Dallas Summer Internship Program for students graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028, rising seniors only. The 9-week program includes orientation, training, and client preparation to hit the ground running on a consulting project.

Participants work on real client engagements across digital transformation, product launches, data governance, risk, and cybersecurity topics, gaining hands-on experience and industry exposure at Capco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028, Rising Seniors ONLY.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate within cross-disciplined teams.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Authorized to work in the United States (US Citizens or Permanent Residents).

Responsibilities

• Assist with client engagements through structured data gathering, research, and analysis.
• Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Create high-quality presentations and reports to communicate project findings.
• Support development of new market opportunities and Capco brand expansion.
