Job summary

PACCAR is offering a Summer Internship in the Customer Experience group at our Renton, WA headquarters. You will work directly with the PACCAR Customer Center, gaining exposure to customer service processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role provides hands-on learning from managers and senior leaders, opportunities to analyze workflows, support documentation and training materials, and a path to develop Six Sigma skills while contributing to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Center team members to analyze and improve service coordination workflows.
• Review current business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of process improvements initiatives, including documentation and training materials.
• Assist with Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.

This internship is for students currently enrolled in college, junior or senior standing preferred.

The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:

• Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
• Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
• Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
