Expect to analyze structured fixed income, evaluate CLOs, and participate in investment discussions within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current junior in college, entering senior year in fall 2027 with a background in finance, business, or investing
• GPA 3.5 or higher is required
• Demonstrated leadership through academics and extracurriculars
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including multi-sheet analysis and advanced formulas

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling and analysis of structured fixed income securities
• Recommend investment actions for structured fixed income securities based on credit risk and quantitative research
• Collaborate with fixed income traders and analysts to identify mispriced bonds
• Research and document credit recommendations in designated sectors
• Provide pricing guidance to the trading desk for new purchases
• Analyze the financial strength and risk of issuers
• Monitor market trends, yields, and durations across fixed income sectors
• Discuss investments and investment process with clients and teams
• Present and defend sector and security recommendations
